One week later, DuPont put out a news release bragging that DuPont Pontchartrain site in Louisiana "recently achieved one year without an Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) recordable injury.”
How can there be an injury at Pontchartrain on the 19th and DuPont say on the 26th it had no injuries for a year at Pontchartrain?
